In the framework of our campaign on the International Day of the Forests, and in colaboration with Friends of the Earth International, we have produced 3 short radio spots to help spreading the message that “plantations ar not forests”.
Spot 1.- FAO defines industrial tree plantations as forests. Plantations are not forests! We define forests by what they really mean, and a forest is much more than just trees. March 21st, International Day of Forests. Friends of the Earth International and World Rainforest Movement.
